We delete or irreversibly anonymize the account profile, phone-number login record, training profile, run and fitness records, GPS routes, confirmed nutrition records, hydration goals, optional analytics and activity deletion retry keys, AI coach conversations and memory, training plans, device bindings, and community profile data associated with the account.
Active account data is removed and login sessions revoked when the deletion request is processed. Third-party cloud memory deletion uses a durable retry queue and cooling sweeps; a queued request is not proof that the external deletion has completed. Files you exported yourself remain under your control and must be removed separately. Security and access logs may be retained for up to 30 days. Encrypted backups are retained on a rolling basis and expire within 30 days. We may retain only information required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution for the legally required period.
